I attended the most recent Worcester EPC mtg in November and have attached a circular for present and former employees of the listed companies during the time frames indicated to receive benefits for their health-related issues concomitant to their jobs.
I also learned that the elevator shafts in our older commercial, residential and institutional buildings have become cesspools of hazard materials that are ambient and need to be cleaned up. The human health factor wasn't addressed at this meeting, oddly enough, but clearly it is a factor (risk) that most property owners of these buildings would like to see transferred to the government before they have to pay through their insurance for something they had no way of knowing about?
